All non-Moffitt Employee Participants; follow the directions on campus for Gold Valet (This is a complementary parking for visitors). 

Proof of completion of the ACLS Precourse Self Assessment is MANDATORY for class attendance and must be presented to the instructor prior to the start of class.

To access the ACLS Precourse Self Assessment follow these steps:

1. Go to elearning.heart.org/courses/21
2. On the left column, check the ACLS box and apply filter
3. Scroll down to ACLS Precourse Self Assessment and Launch this Course.
4. Create an account and complete the course.
