Cancelations and Reschedules
Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule Policy for ALL courses except Instructor Courses:
Refunds for a class will be issued only if written requests via email or US mail is received up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled class.
No refunds will be issued to cancellations less than 72 hours prior to a class.
Reschedules may be granted within 72 hours of a class; however a $10 rescheduling fee will be assessed. In order to reschedule a course, we must be notified of your absence PRIOR TO the start of your scheduled course.
There is no charge for rescheduling a class any time up to 72 hours prior to a course date.
Only 2 rescheduled classes are allowed and rescheduled classes are non-refundable.
No refunds or rescheduling for âNo Showsâ.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late of class start time will be considered âno showsâ and will not be admitted into the class.
Manuals are non-refundable and non-returnable items.
Instructor Course Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation/refund of an instructorâs class will be issued only if written requests via email or US mail are received up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled course.
NO refund will be issued to cancellations less than 72 hours prior to an instructorâs course.
However, a partial refund of $200 may be issued for emergencies deemed credible by the training center.
No partial refunds will be issued without contact to the training center PRIOR TO the course start time via phone message and/or email.
NO refunds for âno showsâ.Â
